I am 17 years old, nearly 18, and feel like life is about to begin. I’m on the edge of the cliff before the dive into adulthood and it all feels fairly surreal. Whilst I’ve seen so many adult things in the world and carried so many responsibilities, the idea of ‘growing up’ used to terrify me. But not anymore. Now I look forward to the unforgettable nights at university, which you can’t quite remember the next morning. I look forward to figuring out who’s ‘The One’ and beginning a whole new stage of life with him. I look forward to seeing the world and finding a career that I’m passionate about. I look forward to being a mum, a wife, a better friend, a better daughter, and this whole new crazy stage of my life <3
